Requested refund/replacement, sent emails several times but no reply at all, no refund, no replacement. Atill considering whether to report to the BBB, but they probably wouldn’t care. Love the product but horrible customer service - rather, NO customer service."

"During my travels to Japan I realized that the air there hits you differently and I couldn't place my finger on it. After a few days I discovered that everywhere had this similar smell in the air, whether I was at the malls, hotels, or even the underground subway there was this lingering scent. After my trip I was curious about that smell so I did some digging and I was recommended the Classic Floral Scent from Laundrin and decided to give it a go. After the first spray, all of my memories and experiences from Japan came back in an instant. I smiled widely and could not believe it, I FINALLY found the scent!! I will absolutely be buying more items of the Classic Floral. I did finally use the detergent and softener to wash my blankets and WAS not disappointed. Whether you've been to Japan and experienced this scent or not, it's refreshing and not too overwhelming."
